Join us on Friday 7th August at Greendale Farm Shop for our After Hours evening meet.
As always, expect the signature Cars & Cuppas atmosphere, just with that laid back evening twist. Whether you’re arriving straight from work or making a night of it, this is all about unwinding with great cars and even better company.
The full Greendale site will be open on the night, including their popular fish and chip counter and even the bbq, so you can grab some proper food while you enjoy the cars. From classics and performance cars to modern sports cars and everything in between, there’ll be plenty to see, chat about, and photograph.
The focus stays the same: Great cars and even better people.
Whether you’re bringing something special or just coming along to soak it all in, everyone’s welcome.
What to expect on the evening?
A relaxed, spacious meet with a wide variety of cars filling the car park as the sun goes down. No pressure, no rush, just a solid community of like-minded people enjoying the start of the season together.
Greendale’s food outlets will be open throughout the evening, including the fish and chip counter and a bbq, so you won’t be going hungry.
Tickets are £5 per car, available online or on the gate.
Spectators are welcome to come along and enjoy the evening for free.
Come down, grab some food, have a wander, and help us kick off the 2026 evening meets properly.

By purchasing a ticket for any Cars & Cuppas event, you agree that all tickets are non refundable, including in cases of non-attendance or poor weather.
All vehicles are entered at the owner’s risk. Cars & Cuppas and Greendale Farm Shop accept no responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles, property, or personal belongings while on site.
You will be parking in a busy public car park with hundreds of vehicles and visitors, including children and dogs. While we will have event staff on site, we accept no liability for any damage or incidents that may occur.
Strict behaviour policy:
There is zero tolerance for speeding, revving, burnouts, drifting, loud or aggressive behaviour, or any form of anti-social driving.
Anyone breaking these rules will be:

Removed from the event immediately

Not refunded

Banned from all future Cars & Cuppas events

Fined for any damage caused to the venue, property, or other vehicles
These rules exist to keep the event safe, relaxed, and enjoyable for everyone.
Event Details
Please note by purchasing a ticket for any of our events you are purchasing the ticket on a basis that this is non refundable even if you can't attend or the weather is not on our side and we have to cancel. By entering your car or bike into one of our meets you must understand that Cars & Cuppas and Greendale Farm Shop accept no responsibility for your car/bike at any of our events. That means we won't be liable for any damages or losses to you or your belongings (vehicle) when it enters Greendale or parks up. You will be parking your car in a car park with over 100 cars and over 100 guests including children and dogs, we accept no liability for any damages that may occur. We will do our best to monitor the event and will rectify any issues if there is any but we accept no liability. At our events we will accept no speeding, revving, or anti social behaviour, anyone who does so will be asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be given, you will also be banned from any future events. Please note if you cause any damage to the grounds or surroundings of the event, you will be fined the cost of damage.

Directions: Please enter Cars & Cuppas through Greendale Business park, please don't enter through Greendale Farm Shop. We will have signs which'll direct you to and through the business park, please follow the signage until you reach the check in point where the marshals will check you in and get you parked up.
