We are happy to announce our first Cars & Cuppas  rally which ties in with our End of Summer event at RACEWORLD INDOOR KARTING  on Sunday 24th September, this event is proudly sponsored by Captured Cars. We have organised a drive out which’ll start at approximately 12.30pm from Greendale Business Park, after our morning meet. We will drive to West Bay for a drink and food stop off then go on a extra leg to Portland which’ll be our final stop and then we will head back. Our finishing destination will be The Kings Arms in Otterton which is owned by the Greendale Group for a final drink. The route in total is around 120 miles. Please note, this is a relaxed drive out where will not tolerate any speeding or dangerous driving, our aim is to create a chilled out drive on some amazing, scenic driving roads to finish summer in style. Tickets are £50 per car in which £30 per ticket goes towards our Christmas Fundraiser where we are gathering donations for families who are struggling at Christmas. Tickets include merchandise, tea/coffee token, car meet entry ticket including exclusive parking – please note this is for the driver only, passengers are welcome in the cars but won’t receive the merch etc. We will be limiting cars to a maximum of 30.
What to expect on the day?
- Show cars arrive from 08:30 AM – Rally customers get exclusive priority parking
- Show opens at 09:00 AM for visitors
- Breakfast available from the Pit Stop Cafe or Greendale Farm Shop BBQ. Tea/Coffee token will be included.
- Trade stands will be open for all from local car dealerships, detailing companies and car modification traders.
- Show and Shine takes place around 11AM
- Rally Cars start to line up for the drive out for 12pm
- Rally Cars leave at 12:30pm.
- Arrival to West Bay approximately 13:30 for some food and a drink.
- Leave to drive to Portland from West Bay around 14:30
- Arrive at Portland ( Chesil Beach) around 15:30
- Leave Portland around 16:30 to head back to Kings Arms, Otterton for 18:00.
- Final drinks (or food) at the Kings Arms, Otterton.
Each driver will receive Cars & Cuppas merchandise, tea/coffee token for the morning car meet as well as entry ticket which will include VIP parking. All drivers must wear their t-shirt and wrist bands on the day, all merchandise/tokens will be sent out prior. Please fill out the details through our booking form when you purchase a ticket with information on your car, t shirt size, address etc.
This’ll be a strict drive out where we will accept no anti social behaviour, speeding or dangerous driving. All cars and drivers are required to be road legal, we will accept no responsibility for any losses, damages or penalties that might be accumulated on this drive. All drivers are required to stay in the line up formation with no overtaking, please be cautious of other cars and drivers.
We will be donating £30 of every ticket sale our Christmas Fundraiser as well as raising some more money on the morning of our meet as we are aiming to raise £1000 in total. All money will then be used in December to purchase presents/food for local families who are struggling at Christmas. The Cars & Cuppas team as well as customers will be delivering the gifts on 23rd December to the families who need it. Please remember this is a relaxed drive out, we will not tolerate any speeding, dangerous driving or anti social behaviour. All drivers will be given a briefing both through email and in person. Remember our philosophy… #dontbeamug

Please note by purchasing a ticket for any of our events you are purchasing the ticket on a basis that this is non refundable even if you can’t attend or the weather is not on our side. By entering your car or bike into one of our meets you must understand that Cars & Cuppas and Greendale Farm Shop accept no responsibility for your car at any of our events. That means we won’t be liable for any damages or losses to you or your belongings (vehicle) when it enters Greendale Farm Shop or parks up. You will be parking your car in a car park with over 100 cars and over 100 guests including children and dogs, we accept no liability for any damages that may occur. We will do our best to monitor the event and will rectify any issues if there is any but we accept no liability. At our events we will accept no speeding, revving, or anti social behaviour, anyone who does so will be asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be given, you will also be banned from any future events.
